Overview

Collect past due bills from active customers and retaining them from leaving the company or downgrading their current subscription. As a specialist you will be required to retain the customer while collecting the full amount of money the clients owe to the company. It is important for you as a specialist to have great skills such as empathy, active listening, problem solving, patience and a high English level in order to become a top specialist. Previous call/contact center experience is required, experience in Collections or Retention campaigns is a plus

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
  • English Level: 85% - B2 or Above
  • Previous call center experience

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 48 hours a week!
